Customer service was slow to get back to me, and when they did, they didn’t really answer my question. I ended up having to figure most of it out myself.

I just don’t think it’s worth the money. For what you get, the price feels way too high, and I’d be hesitant to spend that much again without knowing it’s going to deliver more

Tried Tatta Home for the first time and, it was way easier to use than a lot of other clunky-ass sites. The categories actually made sense, the search found what I needed, and the product pages loaded fast with clear photos and details. I didn’t have to click around like an idiot trying to figure things out. Checkout was quick and simple too. Stress-free overall, which I definitely appreciate...

I reached out to warranty support thinking theyd help, but it felt like a waste of time. They didnt really offer any useful solution, and I ended up right back where I started

The photos gave me a decent idea of what to expect, so that part was fine. A few details in the description were missing or not quite clear though, which was kind of annoying. Not a huge deal overall. But seriously, why leave out stuff people would obviously want to know?

I ordered from tattahome.com and just needed a basic update about delivery, but wow, trying to get a reply felt like sending messages into a black hole. I emailed, followed up, tried again, and still got nothing actually useful. It made the whole thing way more stressful than it needed to be. Like, it’s just a simple delivery question, not a government secret. I wouldn’t order from them again unless they seriously sort out their support.

The site seems real enough and the prices don’t look ridiculous or anything, but I still couldn’t find enough reviews to feel fully comfortable. I’d probably do a bit more digging before actually buying from them.

I ordered from Tattahome it arrived faster than I thought it would. The tracking was straightforward enough, and the box showed up in good condition. No problems on my end, which is more than I can say for some shops that seem to take their time getting things out the door.

My order arrived damaged right out of the box?! I’d been waiting for it, so that was really frustrating. The packaging looked careless too, which didn’t help. not happy with the experience at all

The instructions weren’t clear, replies took forever, and every time I asked for an update it felt like nobody wanted to take ownership of the issue. I kept getting passed around instead of someone just helping me sort it out. It felt like they make returns difficult on purpose. I won’t be ordering from them again...

I ordered a chair from tattahome.com because it was clearly showing as available, paid for it right away, and then a few days later they told me it wasn’t actually in stock. They didn’t give me a proper delivery date either, just a really vague waiting time, which was frustrating.
What annoyed me most was the way support handled it. Instead of just admitting the stock info was wrong, it kind of felt like they were blaming me for expecting the order to go through. I ended up asking for a refund, and even that took longer than it should have. I don’t think I’d order again unless they fix how they show stock on the site.

I ordered from tattahome.com and the packaging was fine overall, but for some reason I was expecting it to be a bit more secure. The box had a few dents, and there really wasn’t much padding inside. Luckily nothing arrived broken, so that was a relief, but considering the price, I thought it would be packed more carefully. Not a terrible experience, just not amazing either.

To be fair, I know shipping delays can happen, but the tracking just sat there for weeks with no real update. I kept checking and still haven’t received the package, so it’s been frustrating.

It looks good at first glance, but the material feels cheaper than I expected for the price. i’m kind of tired of reaching out to customer service over stuff like this, so I’ll probably just keep it, but I wouldn’t say I’m impressed...

if you read all of the 5-star reviews carefully, you will notice that they are fake. The reviews on Facebook are fake as well.  Buyer beware.
